Biz Localy provides digital services, including online business listings and promotional placements.

Once a paid listing has been activated or published, refunds are not provided, as the service is considered delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in the event of a technical error, duplicate payment, or billing issue.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bizlocaly.online within 7 days of purchase.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa for digital services.
